Embracing cutting edge technology drones for precision agriculture and exploring benefits of Unmanned Aerial Solutions (UAS) advisory services on smallholder Irish Potatoes and Wheat growers in Northern Province of Rwanda.

RCID in partnership with Technical Centre for Agricultural an Rural Cooperation (CTA)/ Netherlands is implementing this project with the purpose  to determine if smallholder potato / wheat growers being part of cooperatives in Rwanda, increase the productivity of their fields and their income by acting upon advice and recommendations issued based on interpreted UAV remote sensed data;
