Primary beneficiaries include youth and women vulnerable peoples affected by poverty, hunger and climate change issues. The secondary beneficiaries consist of public and private sector organizations, farmers/cooperatives organisations and business communities engaged in environment and agricultural value chain including (farmers, producers, traders, processors and customers).The third beneficiaries is NGOs, CBOs, SMEs, and other types of community groups that can serve as conduits for development service delivery in environment and agriculture at the local, national, regional and international levels.
