RCID Ltd is a Rwandan-based consulting firm with over 11 years of proven experience in evaluations, assessments, and studies within conservation agriculture, environment, and food systems. Its robust record of project and program evaluations demonstrates its capability to meet comprehensive and rigorous expectations.

MEET THE RCID TEAM
Jules Kazungu
Managing DirectorJules, Managing Director of RCID Ltd., has over 17 years of experience in agricultural policies, food security, WASH, and environmental research across Africa. He has led impactful studies with organizations like IFPRI, AFSA, and the African Capacity Building Foundation, focusing on food systems, gender equity, and sustainable agricultural practices.
James Munanura
Food Security and Nutrition ExpertJames is a seasoned nutrition and food security expert with over 15 years of experience in policy development, project leadership, and nutrition-sensitive agriculture in Rwanda. He has contributed to key initiatives with organizations like World Relief Rwanda, the Tony Blair Institute, and EU-funded programs, and holds PMD-Pro certification in project management.
Gasore R. Ramsey
Operations ManagerGasore R. Ramsey is a skilled field operation with a background in business management and project management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from KIM University and has completed advanced courses in Climate Finance from EDHEC Business School and Project Management from Google Project Management School. Ramsey possesses expertise in data management, qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and questionnaire programming, which he has applied across multiple impactful projects in Rwanda.
Ngoga Tenge Gislain
Project Coordinator, Climate Change and GIS ExpertNgoga Tenge Gislain, an expert in climate change, GIS, agro-meteorology, and soil management, has 20 years of experience leading impactful research in Rwanda, including with the Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Board. He supports climate resilience and sustainable agriculture projects, applying advanced skills in GIS and data analysis across Rwanda.
Mrs. Yvette Umurungi
Biodiversity and ESIA ExpertYvette Umurungi, a seasoned environmentalist with a master's in Biodiversity Conservation, has over 10 years of experience in environmental impact assessments and is a Lead Expert at the Rwanda Association of Professional Environmental Practitioners (RAPEP). Skilled in Environmental and Social Governance, she effectively communicates and collaborates across multi-disciplinary teams in both English and Kinyarwanda.
Mrs. Mukasine Beatrice
Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) ExpertMukasine Beatrice, a Gender and Social Inclusion Expert with an MBA and over 20 years of experience, has significantly contributed to gender mainstreaming initiatives in Rwanda. Her expertise spans strategic planning, gender audits, capacity building, and policy development, supporting organizations in promoting gender equality and inclusivity across various sectors.
